Granular Synth

Quanta 2 is a granular synthesizer. Load any sample, or record one straight into it, and the grain engine tears the audio into up to 100 simultaneous grains per voice, with full control over grain rate, pitch, direction, shape, length, pan, and source position. Underneath the granular layer is a complete subtractive synth: two virtual analog oscillators with continuously variable waveshape and pulse width, plus a colored noise source, and all three can be injected directly into the grain engine as grain fodder.
