ECTA CONNECT InterCity Dial-A-Ride (ECTA DAR) service offers a convenient, affordable, and personalized origin-to-destination shared ride service across eastern Ventura County designed for seniors aged 65 and older, as well as individuals with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) card. Provided by the cities of Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura County, this service covers unincorporated areas serviced by Thousand Oaks, plus Oak Park, Westlake Village, Camarillo, Somis, Santa Rosa Valley, Agoura Hills, and the CSUCI campus.
