Endometriosis is a chronic, inflammatory condition that affects 1 in 10 women of reproductive age and is a leading cause of pelvic pain and infertility. Despite its prevalence, diagnosis is often delayed by years and typically requires invasive procedures. The WashU Medicine BRAVE study aims to change that. We are developing a user-friendly mobile app that integrates patient self-reports, behavioral data, and use this to identify blood biomarkers.
