BMC Employee > BMC officials can log in to the app using their mobile numbers and an OTP. > Grievance overview is provided which includes status wise details. > Recent Grievance will showcase the last 10 records with time left to close. > Complaint resolution workflow is based on the levels provided along with defined timelines."
