Appellate Authority was constituted under Air Act and Water Act, where an aggrieved person can challenge the order passed by HSPCB. Appellate Authority portal has been launched as per the policy of the Govt. of Haryana to advance Good-governance. This portal facilitate the online filing of appeal against the orders of Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) passed under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution), 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
