Know when to open the window

Luften compares the weather at your address with the temperature in your room and tells you what to do with the window: open it, air the room for a few minutes, or keep it closed. On hot, sunny days it also tells you when to lower or raise your external blinds. OPEN, AIR OR KEEP IT CLOSED When it's cooler outside and your room is warmer than you like, open up. When it's warmer outside, keep it closed. Below 10 °C, Luften suggests airing briefly instead of leaving the window open. Storms, strong gusts, rain, snow and muggy air keep the window shut, and a humid room gets aired when the air outs…
