DraftIQ is a live sports projection trading platform that lets fans trade on player stat projections instead of on binary over/under outcomes. This is a way, in my opinion, that prediction markets can distinguish themselves from sportsbooks. For example, if a players’ “line” is set at 200 yards, a user should be rewarded more if the player ends up with 400 yards (double their initial projection) than if they end up with 201 yards.
