EMDR Mobile is a bilateral stimulation (BLS) app for EMDR therapists. Run the stimulation from your phone, tablet or computer, in the room with your client or online. In person Connect wired or wireless headphones, hand them to your client and tap Start. In-person sessions use auditory BLS only, and no internet connection is needed. Auditory BLS needs no dedicated hardware. Online Your client joins on their own device, using a join link or the username and password from your panel.
