Cozy Puzzle That Builds a Town

Turn the tower and drop pieces around it. Fill a ring all the way around to clear it. Every win helps build your cozy town. Each level gives you a set number of moves. There is no timer in any level, so you can plan every drop. The tower can keep growing. You only lose when you run out of moves.
