SAR-MED is designed to support gold standard clinical practice by qualified Mountain Rescue England and Wales (MREW) Casualty Care Certificate holders in the provision of patient care during call outs within mountain and cave rescue environments. SAR-MED can also be used as a revision guide for aspirant trainee MREW Casualty Carers in preparation for Casualty Care Certificate examination.
