Finally, a way to communicate when hearing aids aren't enough. I built SpeakToRead to be able to "talk" with my 95-year-old father. He has dementia and severe hearing loss and won't wear hearing aids. It got to the point where even yelling wasn't working anymore. We were both frustrated.
