Make decisions based on your observations. Every big decision in your life deserves honest input. Is that TV series actually worth your evenings? Is your job genuinely fulfilling, or has it been quietly draining you? Does that hobby still excite you? Is this relationship bringing out the best in you? These aren't questions you can answer in a moment. But you can answer them over time. Rate each experience as you live it — an episode, a workday, a date, a gym session.
