SlideOrificeSizer is a quick helper for checking solids discharge and outlet limits around rotary valves, slide gates, and orifices. It lets you set a rotary valve leakage allowance so you can compare “ideal” feed to real feed. It converts slide gate opening to flow area for both round and slot shapes, so you can size openings with fewer guesses.
