Barista Journal is a logbook for your espresso and filter coffee. You record each brew, keep track of your beans and find the settings that work for your setup, at home or behind a bar. For each shot you log dose, yield, time and grind setting. The timer starts by itself when it hears or feels the pump. If you connect a Bookoo or Acaia scale, the app records weight and flow live and stops the timer once the shot ends. Filter coffee works too, with a pour-over like the V60 or with a French press.
