Employee Time Entry

• This functionality is used to record an employee’s work time in FlexiPro and post it to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). • Employees can either enter their badge# or scan the bar code on their badge using the external scanner connected. • Clocking in establishes the employee as actively working in the system and enables time capture for the shift. OTL Clock-In is a mandatory prerequisite for all downstream labor activities, including Work Order clocking. Users cannot clock-in to any Work Order unless they are first clocked in to OTL.
