Your understanding of each person you manage keeps changing. Continuum gives that understanding a private place to live, on your Mac, visible only to you. **What you do in Continuum** You write beliefs about the people you lead. A belief is a plain sentence about how someone works: "Maya does her best work with autonomy." You set how sure you are (uncertain, likely, plausible, or certain) and where the belief stands (active, watching, resolved, or discarded). When your read changes, you revise it.
