On Apple Watch, Endured records on its own. Put the phone in another room, begin from your wrist, and the session is kept there and synced back when the two are together again. The point of focusing is often to get away from the phone, so the watch does not need it. Begin and end a session with Siri or Shortcuts. Export your whole record as a CSV whenever you want it.
