Jonah and Ruth in Hinukh

The “Хирияв аятбе” app is designed for native speakers of the Hinukh language, as well as those interested in it. It includes Ginukh translations of books from the Old Testament: the Book of Jonah and the Book of Ruth. The translation was carried out by native speakers of the Hinukh language in Dagestan and a team of IPB specialists in biblical studies and linguistics. The translation was done using the oral method, with the initial result being an audio recording. Subsequently, the audio recording was also transcribed into text format.
