District Fix

Some districts just don't work. A factory looms over a row of houses, smoke drifting through open windows. A theatre sits next to a temple — the choir keeps interrupting the show. A market with nobody nearby to feed. The neighbourhood is unhappy and it shows. Your job is to fix them. You move buildings around a grid one cell at a time, watching little mood bubbles pop up over each placement. A park next to a house — the house is happy. A factory next door — not so much.
