Pipe Puzzle 3: Waterworks takes the Pipe Puzzle series in a new direction. Forget dragging blocks. Forget sliding into an empty cell. Every cell on the board now holds a tile, and the move is to shift an entire row or column at once — with wrap-around, like rotating a face of a Rubik's cube. The tile that leaves one edge of the line reappears on the opposite edge. Each gesture sweeps a whole line of pipes into a new arrangement. Your job is to line up the colored pipelines.
