We built this app for our customers to pair with the hinoki oil we source from Japan and to put our website's wellness routines into practice. Nervous system regulation needs simple but consistent physical cues because you can't think your way into calm. The two breathwork exercises in this app, combined with our hinoki oil that we source directly from a Japanese forest, have been the most impactful cues for helping us regulate our nervous systems throughout the day.
