iPhoto often has some pictures without GPS tagging on them, typically because pictures from a camera without GPS was used to take them. Fixing in iPhoto is cumbersome. With GeoTagger you scan a part of your picture library for pictures without a GPS tag, and analyse them. When a set of photos appear between two pictures with geo-tags within a given distance and time from each other, these are grouped as a set between "brackets".
