HTML2MP4 turns HTML and CSS into downloadable MP4 video — entirely on your Mac, with no cloud upload and no account. Drop in a self-contained .html file with CSS animations or {{t}} expressions, pick a format, and HTML2MP4 renders the page frame-by-frame to an .mp4 file (H.264) you can keep or share.
