The same board for everyone, every day. One attempt. How far you push it is up to you. SAPPER is minesweeper with no edges. Each day the world gets one shared minefield, identical for every player. Start on safe ground and sweep outward. The farther you go, the denser the mines and the more every safe tile is worth. A Cash Out button sits on screen the whole time.
