BIO-HF study is the official companion app for participants in the BIOMONITOR-HF clinical study. It is intended only for patients enrolled by their study team and given a study patient ID. If you are taking part, the app guides you through a simple daily routine that takes about five minutes: • Report your heart failure symptoms with a few short questions. • Enter your blood pressure and body weight. • Perform a quick cardiac measurement using your phone.
