Mind Cipher is a Mastermind-style code-breaking game — Bulls and Cows, Hit and Blow, played with colors — filed as a spy dossier. Crack the hidden color code from ink marks: a filled dot is exact, a ring is the right color in the wrong slot, a dash is not in the code. The marks never rely on color, and an optional Shape Marks setting gives every peg its own outline. Then open the Lie file. Exactly one report in the round is fake. The rest are true.
