Keep a wishlist, record why you want an item and revisit your decision later. Add a wish and optionally record what prompted it, such as an advertisement or a promotion. You can change or remove this field later. Enter a price and currency, add an optional image, link or reminder, and save text or a URL from the iOS share sheet. The app never fetches a merchant price automatically. "I chose to buy", "I chose not to buy" and "Not sure yet" are editable personal notes.
