Surakarta is a classic strategy game from Solo (Surakarta), Indonesia, played on a 6x6 board with eight looping corner tracks. What makes it special is the loop capture: you take an enemy piece only by sliding along a straight line, curving around one or more corner loops, and landing right on it. A plain move never captures, but a looping move does, so every turn is a small puzzle of paths and angles.
