This is a candy making auxiliary recording tool. It compiles the temperature ranges corresponding to different syrup stages such as "drawing, soft ball, hard ball, brittle, caramel" into a colored comparison table, allowing users to immediately compare and determine which stage they are currently in when measuring syrup temperature. Users can also customize their own syrup stage, record each batch of sugar boiling, convert to Celsius/Fahrenheit, and adjust the target temperature according to altitude.
