Ion Warden Grid is a chain-lightning tower defense puzzle. A storm emitter sits at the bottom of the arena. When the charge meter is full, the storm auto-casts an Ion Arc that chains between nearby enemies. Your job is to spend skill points upgrading four storm skills so the automatic lightning can handle every wave. Each level spawns a set number of minions that descend toward the emitter line. If any enemy reaches the line, the level fails. A boss arrives near the final third of the level — clear every minion and the boss before the timer runs out to win.
