Most photo cleaners begin with one question: What should you delete? KeepOnly flips the decision: Which photos should stay? Start with screenshots, a recent time range, or 30 random photos. Swipe to keep what matters, switch to a grid when you want the full picture, and add a reason to remember why an important photo stays. Photos you do not keep move to Ready to Delete first. Nothing is deleted automatically. KeepOnly shows Kept and Ready to Delete side by side, so you can check every decision and change your mind.
