Casto Flasher is a vehicle coding and configuration app for BMW cars. It connects to your own car through an OBD adapter that you plug into the diagnostic socket yourself, reads how the car is configured, and writes coding changes for the factory options your car supports. Everything happens over that local adapter connection, with you at the car.
