Every colour has its taxi

Every passenger is waiting for a taxi in their own colour. Tap one and they get in — if the right taxi is parked. If it isn't, they go and wait in a bay. And there are only three bays. Sounds easy. By level forty it isn't. THE RULE, IN TEN SECONDS Every tile has an arrow: you can only tap it if the road ahead of it is clear all the way to the edge. Whoever gets out and finds their taxi gets in. Whoever doesn't takes up a bay. Fill all three bays and nothing moves any more.
