Chezlog: Private Chef Job Log — ASO

Clients, menus, prep, timing

Chezlog is a job log for private chefs and personal chefs who cook in someone else's kitchen. Every home is different. Chezlog keeps what each one has — burners, oven, tools, how to get in, where the bins are — next to the client's restrictions and the dishes you have already served there. From the menu it builds the shopping list and a timeline counted back from the moment you serve. WHAT IT DOES • Kitchen notes for each home: cooking surface, burners, oven, counter and fridge space, plates, entry, parking, waste, photos. • Client cards: allergies, intolerances, dislikes and faith-based rest…
