92 Call Center is the mobile softphone for agents, supervisors, and company admins on tech92's cloud call centre. It runs on a company's own GSM gateway ports, so each screen reflects that: pick which company number to call or text from, see when a line is busy because a port only carries one call at a time, and work a shared SMS inbox with your team rather than a private one. Calling runs over SIP/WebRTC directly against the company's Asterisk server.
