Whimsy Weather draws the weather instead of tabulating it. The top half of the screen is a hand-drawn landscape under a real sky. The Sun and the Moon are where they actually are for your latitude and the time of day, the Moon shows its true phase, and the rain, snow, cloud and wind in the picture are the ones in the forecast. The bottom half is the numbers — feels-like, humidity, wind, pressure, visibility, UV, sunrise and sunset, moonrise and moonset.
