Block the flood, save the town

The water is rising in the middle of the island, and every turn it spreads into every hex around it that you have not walled off. You get three wall pieces at the start of each turn. Drag them onto the hexes. The moment the water can no longer reach a single house, the town is safe and the island is yours. There is no timer. No move counter, no confirm button, nothing counting down but the water itself. Sit on a turn as long as you like — the island waits.
