3 Card MTG is a pass-and-play app for 1v1 sealed micro-formats played on a single shared device. Two players build three-card decks, pass the phone back and forth, and play. There is no second device, no server, and no account. It supports three modes. 3-Card Blind: build a three-card deck from any legal card.
