Party game for one phone

One of you does not know where you are. Spy is a pass-and-play party game for 3 to 50 players and a single phone. Everyone except the spies is shown the same location — a submarine, a night market, a ski resort. The spies are shown nothing but the word SPY. Then the questions start. Answer vaguely enough that the spy cannot pin the place down, and clearly enough to prove that you know it. HOW IT PLAYS 1.
