Neon Tycoon is a 3D property-trading board game for up to 8 players, played on a neon board you can lean into. You go round buying districts, building towers, and charging rent to whoever lands on them. Own a full colour set and the rent stops being a nuisance and starts being a problem. Run short of cash and you do not simply lose — you mortgage deeds, sell towers one at a time, and take a call from a rival who has noticed.
