Meerkat is Sendbird's internal incident-response pager. When a customer-facing production service fails, Meerkat notifies the engineer who is on call at that moment. They can acknowledge, snooze or resolve the incident straight from the notification, even from the lock screen. - Incidents: see what needs a response and who owns it - On-Call Now: see who is carrying the pager and when the shift changes - Page a colleague or ask them to join an incident - Time Sensitive notifications so pages are not missed For Sendbird employees only. Sign-in is through the company's single sign-on.
