Brevis.

By BAYCHEL MONOKA on AppTrack Ninja.

After brew after brew, Brevis lets you look back on how you made it, how it tasted, and hold on to the cups worth repeating—without relying on memory alone. Note the bean, grind, kettle heat, and a short tasting line, then pin a keeper when the cup is worth repeating. Browse your brews like a Sunday magazine, keep each bean on a kraft Shelf sleeve, score aroma, sweet, acid, body, and finish with five petals, and use Replay’s steep clock when you want the next pot timed and sealed into Bloom.
