How wide is the Moon? You may not know the number, but you are sure it is more than 1,000 kilometres and less than 10,000. Say so, and see how close you were. In Range Finder you look through a scope. Everything in your sight is your range: set its lower and upper bounds, as tight as you dare. If the answer is in your sight, even on a bound, you score, and a tighter sight scores more. If it stays out of sight, you score nothing. The game is knowing how much you know.
