One word, one letter at a time

Start from one word. Reach the target by changing a single letter at a time. COLD → CORD → CARD → WARD → WARM Every word along the way has to be a real one. That's the whole rule — the rest is your vocabulary and your patience. ONE PUZZLE A DAY The same one for everyone, in English and in French. Solving it extends your streak.
