Keep the wording with the vote. DecisionSession helps committee secretaries prepare an agenda, record motion amendments and participation, and publish a versioned minutes record. Compare proposed wording with the minute paragraph. Record yes, no, abstention, recusal and absence separately, and explicitly confirm the recorded outcome. When wording changes, review the associated vote record before confirming it again. Published editions remain unchanged.
