Stuck staring at the work. You know what it is. You still cannot begin. Open Primed. Choose why you cannot start: the thing is too big, too vague, or too easy to interrupt. Choose 5 minutes or 10. Photograph the pile on the desk, or pick a screenshot from today. Primed answers with one first step and a short list of what to clear before you begin. Then the round is only that photo, that step, and a countdown. When time is up, the timer stops. Mark whether you took the first step, or take a second photo to see what changed.
