A material bending challenge where every tap leaves a permanent mark. Tap a mounted metal strip and it flexes, then springs back holding a fraction of that bend — the strip remembers. Repeat taps in the same spot to build toward the required angle, chain multiple bend points along a single strip for sharper zigzag shapes, and land within tolerance using as few taps as you can manage. Nothing here is undone by waiting. Each tap adds more permanent deformation in the same direction, so overshoot and you'll need to work around it rather than take it back.
