You own the building. What happens inside it is up to you. Anchor Tenant is a mall builder where you lay out the space yourself. Drag walls to carve a unit, hang a door on it, and it becomes something you can lease. Make it small and a coffee bar fits. Make it twelve tiles or more and it becomes an anchor — a tenant big enough to pull its own crowd, and lift every shop within a short walk of it.
