GramCup converts cups to grams for cooking and baking, one ingredient at a time. A cup of flour doesn't weigh the same as a cup of sugar: choose your ingredient, enter the amount and read the weight. PICK THE INGREDIENT Convert cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, millilitres, grams and ounces, plus sticks for butter. Each ingredient includes a method note, such as “spooned and levelled”, so you know how the cup was filled. Convert from grams back to cups too.
