Hattie rings your mum or dad every day on their normal phone, landline or mobile, for a five-minute chat. Afterwards you get a short note in the app about how they are. If they mention something worrying, like a fall or feeling unwell, the people in your family who've chosen to get alerts are told. Your parent doesn't need an app, a smartphone or anything new.
